Graduated from the University of Alabama, Birmingham in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Art Studio.

 

I believe that inspiration from life and nature and the human experience, when channeled into creative expression, is one of the most beautiful things that a human can do. 

 

What inspires me?

 

I am inspired when I see light reflecting off of the trees, by the majesties of a snow-capped mountain, or by a vast view of the sky. I am inspired by history, in the love of mankind and the hate of mankind, in a tragic story or a happy one. 

 

When I create art, I am trying to recreate the feeling that inspires me in the first place. My goal is for the viewers to feel exactly what I am trying to make them feel. I want my art to speak to the viewer the way I speak to it.

 

My purpose is to share what I see with those around me.  It's about inspiring others.
